Our chef, Roscoe Kane, studied at the Arizona Culinary Institute and worked under many master chefs to perfect his craft before joining Floradora Saloon in 2005. He’s an expert at creating healthy, satisfying dishes and brings his signature creativity to our restaurant’s menu. Always looking for innovative ways to use natural ingredients, he’s earned first place in several cooking challenges throughout the Telluride area.
